Creating long-term shared value through sustainable precious metals production
Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. is a Canadian precious metals mining company with four operating mines and a development project in Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Côte d’Ivoire, and Burkina Faso. Sustainability is integral to all our operations and relationships. We produce gold and silver and generate shared value over the long-term for our shareholders and stakeholders through efficient production, environmental protection, and social responsibility.
Our Mines and Projects
Fortuna's operating mines in Argentina, Burkina Faso, Mexico, and Peru produce silver, gold, lead, and zinc and abide by the highest health, safety, environmental, and social standards. Our Séguéla Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire is a permitted development project at the feasibility stage. We have an extensive growth pipeline of brownfields and greenfields exploration projects in favourable mining jurisdictions throughout the Americas and West Africa.
At Fortuna, we recognize that our exploration, mining, processing, and transportation activities impact the communities and environments where we work. With good governance, care for the environment, and a commitment to human rights, health, safety and inclusion, we also recognize how our operations can be a catalyst for social development in the countries and communities where we operate.
Investing in Fortuna is an investment in the long-term, sustainable production of in-demand precious and base metals. Since 2005, we have been committed to building efficient mines that drive operational excellence and organic growth. Our enduring goal is to create the economic value expected by our shareholders and investors while distributing economic benefits to our stakeholders.
